Installation does not create shared design folder or save game files

When saving shared designs, there is no "Design" folder in the game files.  The shared design is in fact saved, as I can close and reopen the game as the design is still present.  This makes deleting shared designs a pain as I have to delete them in the shipbuilder.

I also cannot find the save_0.json file.  I have read here on the forums what the file pathways for these two issues, they are just not present on my installation.
