No Steam key recieved

Before the game was released on steam i bought the game from the website and played through the launcher but after it was released on steam i was never sent the key. i bought it on 07/31/2021.

I saw that normally people received a Key to put that game on steam, I checked my mail but impossible to find that mail.

I've already sent an email to ink@navalaction.com as was recommended on other posts, but haven't received a response yet. Can anybody help me out?

The problem was solved in the beginning of March and the key was sent
