Good afternoon, gentlemen naval commanders.Does anyone know where in the resources of the game you can edit the basic spread of GDP growth of countries at the start of the game?    I wish you to experiment)

There’s quite a few of things you can change in params from line 310 onwards

The file name is "params"

Open the asset file and search by name in asset editor for params.

When you export it, it is named params.txt
