Create a DLC with access for other players new to the peace server.

Most of my friends created accounts after becoming FREE, but they have already purchased several DLCS and don't like the PVP system, I have access to the peace server and they don't, they would buy it for the same amount I paid to have access to the server of peace as well as several other players, who love the game but don't like PVP.
