I want to mod gun reloads.

I've never modded anything before. Do I need a special application or is notepad fine? What file(s) do I go through and edit to find what I'm looking for?

Also, I want to mod some percentage buffs from things like the auto-loader modification. What files do I need for that?

Haven't yet found this, BUT you can mod the crew buffs to reloads in the interim, asset is called crewTrainingLevels, assuming you're looking at the asset files in a bundle extractor.
