Goodmorning people,

A couple of weeks ago before the closing of the pre-sale I bought the game. Because of my first time using paypal it took 10 workdays to validate my payment. This was done the 26th of February. Only I still didn't receive any confirmation from game labs :( I already sent 2 email, but didn't get any response on them. So I am at a loss here. Can anyone help?

This is my last resort actually so I hope something comes out of it :)

10 days  ?  that is a long time to clear PAYPAL..actually unheard of in the States.....

 

 No worries..if your payment cleared before the close date or if you have a confirmation # from PAYPAL then you have a leg to stand on.........

 

If not you will have to wait......just IMHO

do you remeber what date you purchased it, and what date it cleared?

Simply write to toe support mail and send the devs your buy order from the paypal account.

Devs said that a lot times. Sent them a mail and they will sort things out for you.

Also: did you check your spam folder?

support@navalaction.com is the adress you want to write to.

Yeah I still have all the account info (thank Poseidon ;) but that is not the email they listed on the naval action website o_O but I will resend everything to that adress!!
