New ships in the game

I was just looking at my screenshots when I came across the ships in one of my folders, I have noticed that there are new ships in the data base for this game, so does that mean that sometime later on that these ships will be implemented into the game?

I wouldn't trust those file lists. Basically every ship there is in the game or was at some point (the 'frigate'). The Ontario is the Snow for example.
