Has anyone noticed this?

In my campaign as Austria Hungary, I was able to capture Gibraltar but the strait is still controlled by the British.  Is this a bug in the game or will it switch when the war is over?

Well, from what I've seen if someone has a fleet in position, unless you engage them (depending on whether the game will allow you to...), you won't be able to get around them. Did they have a fleet there? If they didn't have any ships there, then I'm not sure.

Thanks for the response, no ships were present.  I'm pretty sure it was an unintended thing.
