It was nice to have hardcore weather like real. I mean is little bit boring when game protect player somehow. I think a tavern where players  can play poker with game money will be cool. about this fastforward ship  in open world is bad. i prefer to sail on my skill and slow than  fast and boring. at this moment is not  a simulator. this type of indecision make games fail. Im sure if you make the game more realistical player base incrase.
