I bought the game but never received the steam key

Before the game was released on steam i bought the game from the website and played through the launcher but after it was released on steam i was never sent the key. i bought it on 02/19/2021.

Edit this is a new account because i forgot the last one but i was just able to sign in to it

The key was sent
