[REQ] UI change for aiming mode

I am fully aware of this state being a <1.0 Version, yet I would love to see something like this being implemented.

 

Those additional lines would help with the accuracy of gunning.

They originally had those lines, but found that it made gunnery far too easy, so they were removed.
