GUOLJa Posted May 6, 2023 Posted May 6, 2023 Is there any way for us to help out with the game dev/test/something?
colonel1689 Posted May 6, 2023 Posted May 6, 2023 Not sure if they plan to do open beta testing. Perhaps just an early access release later this year or next.
markvacc1 Posted May 8, 2023 Posted May 8, 2023 It would be cool to have a large map covering, at least, the 13 Colonies and surrounding areas for strategic movements. Not area movements. If it takes 5 days to march reinforcements from NY to SC, then they march that long. They could also run into the enemy on the way if opponent pushed units out there for that purpose. When contact is made, there is the possibility of battle. If they chose to continue the battle into the next day, reinforcements could arrive if they were within that marching distance. That would be a great campaign instead of fighting one battle, the moving onto the next battle on the list. The same could be done for The Civil War. That would really be awesome. Eventually, it could be done for a Napoleonic game as well.
