Light Cruiser size

Hi,

I'm currently playing a mission as the British, start date of 1890 and it's now 1929. Latest version, 1.2.9 Live R.

The issue is, I've completed the cruiser tech tree, and when I hover the tool tip above it, it says I have light cruisers up to 13000 tons. But when I go into the Ship Design screen, I only get the option of going up to 9900 tons on the light cruiser.

Has anyone else come across this? Is it something to do with the nation being Britain?

That light cruiser hull is limited to only 9900 tons. Even if you have researched a larger CL size, you don't have access to a larger hull.
Different nations get different hulls, but the tech research is the same.

I think Britain might get access to more light cruiser hulls in future updates. The US Atlanta (and Cleveland?) hull has been announced to come soon, and this would fit well as a modern light cruiser II hull for the British, I think.
