This is a Dutch mark 1 12" gun and I think the penetration table is way higher than I remember it being (I haven't really played UAD the past 3 months), hope I'm wrong on this. This is realistic btw.

There were some speeds changes by devs in the recent updates, and the same values are being used in NAR. Remove all mod files, delete all save files, and install everything and start a new campaign?

Yes it is. There was an error (made by me 😒) in the penetration values before. I found it and updated the values.

The reason is Argentina only starts with one province and one port, so I had to buff the capacity to compensate.

It showed up here earlier in the week with a few others, I grabbed files only after you reopened the mod on Wednesday, ill see about going through steam DB and just grabbing the game and creating a whole new melon loader/mod file setup for it and see if it persists and get back to you.

Paracetamol Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 Greetings, I had seen that someone wrote about the “Move vessels” problem, so I came to write that he is not the only one who had this problem, surely it must be related to the issue that the TAF has not been updated and is causing problems.just like him, I restarted and then reloaded the game, only for the next turn to be stuck on the same screen. I also tried to create new games, but I ended up with the same thing. 1

Naw, everything can always be refit, i've put to much time into this campaign to trash it. plus, i need to see how much more tonnage I've got on those interwar cruisers now... a ton of extra tonnage in fact! but what about barbette changes Definitely don't agree with the side barbette change, especially if you are so heavily limiting secondary placement with regard to main gun fireing arcs, solving all problems other than esthetic, that autodesign might have with side barbets and secondary gun placement. These fire arc restrictions have another effect, it appears a barbette cant even be directly behind a main gun? oh wow, upon entering refit mode, I am met with the horror of all the barbettes being gone entirely, the main reason they were red in the other pictures. Apparently I have to move this aft gun this far back to even place it. Nothing to the side is interfering, it must have a 300 degree fireing arc now, this is way over tuned. The tall barbette isn't even availableat all? what? WHAT? And the only 2 that its got are the cruiser variants, were the medium one is smaller than the small one. That tall one in particular is all but required as a work around when dealing with a lot of main towers that massively restrict the firing arc of the B turret if placed anywhere close, ships are gunna look pretty bad now with a giant void there instead. Not even a single type of small circular barbette for capital ships at all? Really? The other CRITICAL barbette missing is that small wide one, that you could place most main guns on. More needed than ever to lift main guns over the now hugely restricted secondary gun placement. I don't understand these barbett restrictions, A gigantic amount of creativity has been striped out, not just on the sides, but the centerline now too. Even if you think the AI will design better ships without them available, its not worth it.

Didn't quite think about that when tried launching new game after clean uninstall - though this time it works fine, year 1897 and so far everyting is good. No I am 100% sure it will. And I still didn't give up to find a solution for players to use them and being restricted to the AI.

I even found North_Colombia neighours itself 🤔 (I haven't checked yours, not at my pc atm, and the errors I found was vanilla (granted, I am not totally sure how devs have all this connected in the core files)) This fixed a few of my own issues earlier, with regards to Southern_Colombia and Peru in particular -also, check if Southern_Colombia has 2 entries in the first column (@name) Don't mind me. I accepted a alliance proposal from Argentina. And suddenly I was at war with France, German Reich and Great Britain. Which I certainly did not want. So I think, what would be urgently needed, is an information about who are the war enemies and other allys of an empire when proposing an alliance. Could that be added to the concerning popup window? 1

I get the TaF report of it not corresponding to the newest UAD version. I did not get that message with all my modded files loaded. So this might just be TaF version misbehaving Frack! I am not having a good day am I. I removed the TAFData folder.... lol No discrepancies. All is fine. Well, at least no TaF version error Edited November 9, 2024 by MDHansen

This "moving vessels" freeze occurred due to a bug which was fixed recently.

Is that the latest you lot are playing with? Since I can't download a fresh copy, anyone know what the bug was?
