Is it possible to make my ships stop zig zagging all the time?

Is it possible to make my ships stop zig zagging all the time? I just want them all to go in a straight line but they keep zig zagging. "Avoid collisions" and "avoid torpedos" are both turned off. Very rarely they dont zig zag but 95% of the time they do and it completely ruins any formation aswell as their accuracy.

Current workaround is to get your division flagship pointed in the rough direction you want to go, then in the lower right enable manual rudder with the checkbox.  This locks the flagship to moving straight as an arrow.  The others.... well... they follow the flagship.  It is still being worked on.

Another option cut off the rum supply. Yeah ai doesn't work so well. Took command of heavy cruiser squadron. Engage and somehow won with hardly a scratch. It would have been nice to use the rest. Will try again.
