Civil War II: The Bloody Road South DLC. Worth buying?

Hello everyone, I can not decide to buy the second part of the game along with the DLC package. I kind of liked the first part of the game, but I'm not such a fan as you are judging by the forum ... In any case, I want to get feedback from you. I'm thinking of buying the game on difmark. Tell me, is it worth the money or is it better to take another part right away?
