Naval Academy Mission Progress Reset?

Hello!

I'm really enjoying the game, however there seems to be an issue with the naval academy.

On the 18th October I had completed every mission up to 25, but logging in the next day I found no missions are completed. (0/57)

I can probably skip some missions quickly to get back to 25, but I'm a bit of a completionist so I was hoping to achieve 57/57.

I'm playing on Steam, stable version (not beta).

By the 18th I was already on the newest update, so I don't think it is related to a patch.

Now I'm worried to play through the academy again, not knowing if it will wipe a 2nd time.

Have anyone else experienced this?

(Edit):

Playing through some of the missions again, the game seems to have saved the ship designs I used last time. Strange.
