My units won’t move. Sometimes they will move a small amount when I drag them, but only after any tries. Drawing a circle around them doesn’t work

My units in the Gettysburg game won’t move. Occasionally, after several tries, they will move a short distance by dragging an arrow, but not the full distance requested.

I have no problem with the Civil War game, only the Gettysburg version.
