Xsolla version not updating past v1.05!

I purchased the non-steam (Xsolla ) version of the game.

Now installer won't update pass v1.05

DO I have to PAY steam version again??!

Is there anyway to get an access key?

I sent an email to 

ink@navalaction.com as described in one of the posts, no response
