I am trying to find the file in which are the reasearch data. Meaning that I want to edit that file to change what specific research/upgrade do. Like increasing the funnel efficiency or the acceleration or turning rate. And if you can tell me which file I would appreciate to know if to change that we need a specific app... or is wordpad and such enough like when we edit the savegame.

More likely no-one want to explain unity game development in detail to you.

Its not simple at all. Game has no mod support currently (and maybe never), it would involve directly editing the game files and I doubt anyone has decompiled the game to find out where they are.
