Made fleet too big, can't see control buttons anymore

I was messing around with a new campaign and decided to combine all my ships into 1 huge fleet. When I tried selecting the fleet I got this screen. 

I can't scroll and can't tell them to move. I can't leave the window either. Only way to leave is to hit escape and go back to main menu.

I did that last night.  All older ships gethered together in the Med.  Year 1906 in a Austrian 1890 campaign.

I've had the same issue in very similar circumstances. Austria-Hungary 1890 campaign. I tried to have it sort out itself by waiting for an enemy to attack me but they haven't done so in 10 turns. Probably because my fleet is still in the Adriatic.
