I am unsure for how long this has been going on, but within the last few months, Britain lost their last leader due to financial spending. I clicked into the financial tab to see this:

Well, with 260 ships... I can say I am happy I'm not fighting them at least. My completely uneducated guess is maybe there was too much of a negative integer? I mean, look at that GDP, 10/10 spending
