Why is Steam showing I need to purchase the game when I already did the pre-order in 2019

You must have gotten a mail from Xsolla with your Steam key, you do not need to buy the game again. Please make sure to check spam folder just in case the mail was sent there.

If you are sure you have not received the email with Steam key, please contact me at ink@navalaction.com from the email address that was used to purchase the game.
