Direction outline missing and torpedo failure

I just started a new 1900 Brit campaign with my own designed ships. With the first campaign (1890) as with all training missions, there is a visible outline of the ships direction. Also, all torpedoes burst on contact. With this new campaign, the direction path lined arrow is missing, and my torpedoes pass under enemy ships.

On steam forum, I noticed another player having the same problem, but no replies as of yet.

Can you please send a bug report (Using the button) with title "Direction Route vanishes in Campaign"? We will try to trace the problem and fix it.
