A begging letter to the Devs.

Today i purchased a copy of this awesome game,only to find that last night it was no longer available.I humbly request that seeing as the Payment went through that you can make an exception and let me have a Key,it would be a lot easier in the long run as you wouldnt have to fiddle around giving me a refund.

All keys are being sent in batches every Friday. If you have bought it, you'll get your key.

If you were able to make a purchase, I believe you will get your key. Just be patient.

 

Edit: I bought it yesterday and received key after several hours. What was unexpected as I thought I'll have to wait till friday.

Normally keys are sent every friday. If you did not receive a key by that time write an e-mail to support@navalaction.com.

 

You also have to activate your gamecode on steam.

The lead developer and Producer for the game is quoted above in direct response to your post. There is no higher authority. You'll get a key as long as Your payment clears.
