Hello i payed the pre-ordering Ultemate Admiral: Dreadnoughts but i dont get any steam-key?

There is nothing in my Email folder.

I get any steam Key from Xsolla why?

I have payed 40,20 (english pounds)

In the mail i get received stands : 

The game will be upgraded to the Steam version once it launches on Steam in the first half of 2020.

That guide seems to refer to before the Steam release. It was posted March 24, 2020. The keys will be coming in the next couple weeks it seems.

This was posted 8 hours ago stating the following:

Dear Admirals,
We would like to share information about the distribution of Steam Keys of Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts to all pre-order backers who purchased the "Limited Edition" and "Standard Edition" via Xsolla store on our website.

Due to new Steam rules, we could not receive the Steam keys prior to the game being released on the Steam store.

As the game has now being released, we have received the first two large batches of keys from Steam and are waiting for 2 more batches to be delivered (Steam delivers 1 batch per week).

We want to assure you that your Steam keys will be granted as promised and, while we are delivering them, the Xsolla launcher version will be FULLY supported with all the new content and have the same version as on Steam until all keys are distributed.
