The reason I'm asking and not waiting is because I live in canada and my friend lives in the states and when the game goes on steam due to the new rules the ability to buy a copy and give it to him effectivly goes out the window... I believe you can buy a copy for a friend, just put his email address in the payment information (so keys and link to download will be sent to him) Please let us know if you got any issues
