v90 Some turrets (still) not firing (with video)

As before, most of the time it alternates between all turrets firing and only two firing; only sometimes does it fire full salvos in a row. I did a few turns to shake things up.

Admiral, thank you for the feedback. We will investigate remaining issues of fire arcs when we finish with the most important stuff regarding campaign
