Multiple measures at the same time

Hey, I think it would be nice to be able to use multiple measures systems at the same time. I use the metric system so in game I choose millimiters as the measure units for the guns sizes but I'd love to be able to see both mm and inches at the same time. That way I could get used to the imperial system which is very commonly used in naval terminology.

I've always used the Inches system personally, always have, never really liked the MM system.
