When opening launcher, "Another instance of Launcher client already exists" error box comes up.

When I try to open the Launcher, an error box pops up saying, "Another instance of Launcher client already exists."  I deleted and reinstalled the game and it still happens.

The launcher could be hidden in the system tray (in the bottom right part of Windows, around clock), or you can check that in the Windows task manager there is no "launcher" process (if so, just end it).
