Game freezing up when loading.

I'm experiencing an issue with the game freezing during/after loading into a level. Water does not appear, all of the UI is gone except for the captains hat and the game remains in a paused state. I have tried reinstalling 3 times including the launcher itself, restarting my pc each time and installing on different hard drives on my system. I have also noticed the game no longer saves any changes to settings I make. 
 

PC specs: Asus z370 a. 8th gen i5, 32 gigs ddr4, Asus Gforce GTX 1060 3gb, 1tb m.2, 250gig ssd, 1tb HHD

I had to reinstall Nvidia GeForce Experience to get a new update/driver to install and after that the game started working. I had my launcher set to auto update my drivers but for some reason it didn't get this one? I recommend to anyone having a similar issue to try checking their GPU drivers for an update and if possibly, try reinstalling them. It may be in my case and a few others of just outdated/bad GPU drivers. I've been running the Asus GeForce GTX 1060 3gb edition and it looks like there was an update from Nvidia recently that I just missed. Again, I had to reinstall the GeForce Experience launcher to get it to pop up or you download the driver update directly from the website and that seems to have fixed my problem.

Admiral, nice to hear the problem is solved!

Reinstalling GPU is recommended as a possible solution to this problem. We will also offer a new hotfix which will improve the graphical settings functionality and reduce the probability of such issues.
