neph Posted September 21, 2021 Posted September 21, 2021 Since 0.5, secondaries placed near the border & near superstructure components have had oddly small firing arcs. Example below. Working as intended?
RedParadize Posted September 21, 2021 Posted September 21, 2021 This is actually a new thing from this patch. I think its because the wall will interfere with the turret arc past the displayed angle. Make sense.

Evil4Zerggin Posted September 22, 2021 Posted September 22, 2021 (edited) I think what's happening is that the back of the turret is hitting the superstructure as it rotates, preventing it from going any further. In previous patches I sometimes had turrets unable to rotate even with a green arc, so I think the displayed arcs are now taking the back of the turret into account. SonicB Posted September 22, 2021 Posted September 22, 2021 Is this affected by the cosmetic design of the turret? (for example) does a mark III British 6" turret seem to clip while a mark II Italian 6" doesn't?
