game get hung up on loading screen

the game starts to get choppy went building the ship. the more complicated the ship the worst it becomes. Then when you launch the ship, it gets hung up on the loading level.

I have uninstalled and reloaded the program this morning and tried to run the mission target practice with the result being that it hung up on loading level.

Pentium duel core ES800 3.26Gz

64 bit operating system with 64 base processor

Admiral, I'm afraid PC specs are way too low to run the game properly
