All Naval Academy saves gone?

They said something about saved designs but nothing about the unlocked missions I had. Do I just have to do all the missions over again?

The saves use a different file system, so any old save cannot work. From now on, the saves will use the current format and should be stable, at least for the Naval Academy unlocked missions.
