Can this game be ported to ultimate Admiral

I love ultimate general; it is the best war game I have ever played for this era.  I also love the changes to the land battles in ultimate Admiral.  Is it possible to refit ultimate general with the changes in ultimate Admiral?

It would be possible if game-labs decides it is possible. Not sure what you're asking here, for the modders no it is not possible.
