@ShipGuy3 you might want to try asking in the technical support section of this forum. They are usually pretty good about responding to questions in that part of the forum

Yes, he's right. You're not going to have any luck finding help from here buddy, the devs don't really speak here that often. Only to announce updates and patchnotes. (Which isn't often)
