Is it possible to install this game with my Steam acc and without launcher?

I've dowloaded the launcher but didn't installed it nor activated the game yet

Greetings Admiral. Once the game is available on Steam you will receive your Steam key to activate and play within Steam. For now the only way to play the game is to using the launcher

As soon as the game is available on Steam you will receive your Steam key in the email that was used to purchase the game
