Cannot add secondary armament (15 cm) to Bismarck

Hello. I cannot add secondary armament to Bismarck. I want to use the signature 15 cm guns where they should be. This also happens on the biggest hull. Please look at my screenshots for more clarification. Advice is highly appreciated. Thank you.
