can't launch game get loading regions failed error message

Hi I bought this game today and created an account but when I go to sign in get the following error message 

Error

Loading regions failed!

Error transferring https://gus.xsolla.com/projects/43265/regions_with_builds-server replied: Gateway time-out

please advise on how to fix.

Apologies for the inconvenience, could you please clarify if the problem still there or everything is ok by now? There could be temporary issues on the Xsolla side unfortunately but it is fixed in a short amount of time in most cases.
