Placement bug on Japanese Light Cruiser III hull

On the Japanese Light Cruiser Hull III (tested 1940), on all hull lengths there is a bug that allows you to place guns just before the end of the top deck. Both 2" and 3" secondaries, as well as 4" primary guns, can be placed there.
