Unable To Install Ultimate General: Civil War

Hello everyone. First of all, I want to say that, I am new to this forum. I recently bought a Gaming Desktop PC. Whenever I try to install Ultimate General: Civil War, the “Isdon.dll error” is showing. I don’t know why this is happening, and how to solve the issue. Can anyone provide any suggestions to solve this issue? It will be greatly appreciated.

Configration:

Intel Core i9 10900K

Asus ROG Maximus XII Extreme

Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090

G.Skill 32GB TridentZ DDR4-3200 RGB (4x8GB)

Sabrent Rocket Q 4TB

EVGA SuperNova 1000 G5

Corsair Obsidian 1000D

NZXT Kraken X62

So, I have finally solved the IsDone.dll error. I found this after a lot of searching on Google yesterday, the problem has been solved by applying the process mentioned there. The problem was with my RAM. It is fixed after changing the RAM.
