Trouble reloading my game after my computer lost all files

My computer lost all game files & more.  Having trouble reinstalling my files & games due to requiring to download each section separately & changing; after reinstalling windows 10.  I found my original Dreadnought access key

Now I need some help reloading my Dreadnought Files & changing passwords.  I also would request any required upgrades as well.  Thank you everyone so very much.
