Invalid Key

Hello, I purchased the game and obtained my key, when i put it in the redeem slot, it listed it as invalid. Is there anything i can do to fix this?

Greetings Admiral. Could you please clarify if you tried to activate it on Steam? As the key has to be activated within the launcher provided by Xsolla.

If you tried to activate it in the launcher and it did not work, have you tried to copy and paste it by CTRL+C -> CTRL+V ?
