Install Key Issue

Start up is saying the install key I have is Invalid, need advice or help to correct this issue.

I to have the same problem i type it in like aaaa-aaaa and i have done it whitout the - and whith big lettes as in the mail and whith small one same result

Captains, have you tried to copy paste the code to the Launcher rather than type it by hand?

Yes I have and still has the same reply each and every time.
