Was refunded and repurchased without consent

For some reason a few days after I bought the game the money was refunded to my account and then re-taken out 2 days later. I am extraordinarily uncomfortable with Xsolla doing this as I made absolutely NO request for it. I am hoping this is a known occasional bug and will not happen again.

Greetings Jorlaan. Have you tried to contact Xsolla for investigation? If you tried but no reply provided, please send me a mail on ink@navalaction.com from email address that was used to purchase the game
