searching for rate 5 ships as prays..

Hi,

 

Anyone would have experience on where to find the most rate 5 ships to hunt for on piece server......I know the game specifies certain big regions where to find these (Atlantic coast etc..)..but these regions are too big..and I have the impression that server does not generate these rate 5 ship npc,s proportionally, around some ports there are more, around some other ports there are less...(I was corresponding on this with support last year but I did not get much closer, may be player experience will add to the solution)
