No sound on iPad

I just downloaded the game on my iPad and there’s no sound.

I have sound in all other apps.

I checked my sound settings and turned the sounds all of the way up. I’ve turned the in game sound up to max.

I have the latest iOS. 14.4

i have uninstalled and reinstalled UGG.

what can I do to get sound in game?
