If you are speaking of naval academy missions, the name of mission is "Conflict in the Tsushima strait". It is 3rd from the bottom of the list (or thereabouts)

Yes exactly. But there is nothing there but question marks. I have successfully completed 22 missions out of 51. How many missions do you have to successfully pass in order to unlock the remaining missions?

You would need the devs to confirm which mission or number of missions are needed to unlock the later ones. I think this particular mission was added within the last 6 months, you will probably need to be 3/4 of the way through the current list.
