same here, just bought the game but did not get the receipt or the download link witch is suppose to be in the second message, what do we do now?

I contected Xsolla chat but after half the conversation the person i spoke to (lisa) closed down the chat. not sure what to do now..

yeah I am having the same issue.   3 and a half hours seems a bet odd to me but I guess there could be a hi volume of sales,  But I wonder why they use 2 emails rather then one. As there is more that can go wrong.

Same issue here. I purchased the game last night, and got the access code immediately. No launcher though.  I emailed customer support, but am still waiting for them to get back to me.

Purchased it last night (12/31/20). Recieved an activiation code but not the download link. Possibly the download requires human approval and everyone is gone for new years?
