Skip naval Missions?

Is there a file or something I can change to access all the naval academy missions?  As I'm not really interested in redoing them all

Beyond seeing a checkmark on them for completing, there's nothing to do. You can play any of them at any time. No progression.

Ah ok. Yea that is new (I dislike the missions to begin with, so never look at it). I bet there is a way to edit the file. Seems like a saw a thread in the Technical forum about keeping progress between different PCs. Need to find that file and see how to edit it.

Thanks.  As some missions are fun.  I just don't like the basic low tech ones.
